Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in IT products or digital marketing services sales. The candidate must be confident, aggressive in closing deals, and capable of handling the entire sales cycle independently—from lead generation to client onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive B2B and B2C sales for IT products, CRM, AI chatbot, automation, and digital marketing services
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, email marketing, and field visits
Identify customer needs and pitch suitable IT / digital solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Convert prospects into paying customers and ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain and update all sales activities in CRM software
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful project delivery
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in IT sales or digital marketing sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence to handle clients independently
Proven target achievement mindset
Knowledge of CRM tools, automation platforms, AI chatbot solutions (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience selling software, CRM, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT services
Hands-on experience with lead conversion and client onboarding
Familiar with online marketing concepts (SEO, Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Automation, etc.)
